how we can help

We will listen, we will focus on your needs, we will endeavor to address any issues or concerns you may have no matter where you are in your journey through motherhood. Sharing your thoughts, feelings and experiences means you needn’t journey alone.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

A space just for you

A one-to-one counselling can be either in person or online. This a space just for you to talk through what concerns you may have, in a supportive and caring environment. If possible, try to find a quiet space where you won’t be distracted by little ones, the clock, or unfinished tasks. This is time for you to focus on you.

MOTHERS
GROUPS

a shared experience

Mothers groups can be hit and miss. Some women form lifelong friendships, whilst others lack a spark with their allocated group. Our style of mothers groups are a shared experience with women who are experiencing a similar stage to yourself. They are facilitated groups with encouraged support and education.

IN-HOME SESSIONS

stay in your pj’s

Taking place in the comfort of your own home, these individual sessions are an option if you would prefer not to leave the house but would like face to face support. These sessions are ideal for women during the fourth trimester to talk with us about any concerns whilst being in your nest - a comfortable and familiar environment.

walk & talk sessions

Bring bub along

It’s not always easy to find the time to make an appointment for yourself when you have a little one in tow. The Walk & Talk sessions allow you to bring bub along in the pram whilst we have your session on the move. This can also be for those who prefer an outdoor setting over indoors, or an excuse to get out of the house.

MUM DATE NIGHTS

time to unwind

We have many emotional cups that need constantly refilling, and while motherhood is the most special experience there is, as women we can’t forget that although we are mum, we are also me. Take the time to fill your self-care cup in a fun and friendly environment without little people vying for your attention.

WHat others are saying

“Kiara is a gem of a human. Anyone lucky enough to have her support should consider themselves blessed - because I certainly do. Kiara was a constant source of support, advice, strength and genuine care through my journey of becoming a mum for the first time. She listens wholeheartedly and non-judgementally, and her empathy, knowledge and sense of calm in any chaos is a true gift.”
- Kerry

“Kiara is just what every mother needs! When mum life has gotten too much and I have felt lost, she is my go to person. Her guidance and reassurance is unquestionable. Kiara creates such a comfortable, warm, non-judgemental space. This truly is her calling, and I cannot speak more highly of her.”
- Catherine

“My journey with Kiara started before I was pregnant. I’ve always connected with Kiara as she is so easy to talk to, relate to and overall is a beautiful soul. Kiara offered support and shared her personal journey on falling pregnant, the highs, the lows and everything in between. After offering some professional (natural) recommendations and slight changes to my lifestyle, I fell pregnant. This was only the beginning of a wonderful relationship with Kiara.

Throughout pregnancy, leading up to birth and becoming a mum, Kiara was there. She offered guidance, mental health support, feeding recommendations, relationships awareness, what to expect, what to pack and the most important part…introducing me to the fourth trimester.

Unlike other services I have since been introduced to, Kiara has a soft approach and isn’t intrusive. She is non-judgemental and a down to earth caring mum herself. She is respectful and guided by the amount of support you want. Kiara is genuinely passionate about helping new and existing mums and this is so evident in everything that she does.

I often look back at my journey, the highs and the lows and most of these memories somewhat involve Kiara. I truly believe she made my journey easier by keeping me informed and feeling empowered, especially going through the public health system.

The support doesn’t end - six months into motherhood and I often touch base with Kiara to ask questions. Even if I am having an off day, generally Kiara can help rationalise my thinking and support me to get back on track.

I cannot recommend her services enough or truly highlight the value in having a person like Kiara support you through your journey.”
